Serious Injury / CAT Injury Solicitor - Manchester I'm working with a highly regarded claimant law firm in Manchester that is looking to strengthen its Serious Injury team with the addition of a Solicitor with experience handling high-value, complex personal injury claims. The team handles a quality of work that includes complex, high-value catastrophic injury matters, offering the opportunity to work on significant cases involving life-changing injuries and substantial damages. The role: - Handling a varied caseload of high-value serious and catastrophic injury claims. - Working on complex, high-value litigation involving life-changing injuries. - Managing claims arising from a range of serious incidents, with exposure to complex liability and quantum issues. - Working closely with clients, counsel, medical experts and other professionals throughout the litigation process. - Contributing to a well-established team with a strong reputation in claimant personal injury work. About you: - A minimum of 3 years' PQE, with flexibility around level for the right candidate. - Experience handling serious injury and/or catastrophic injury claims. - Comfortable managing complex matters and working on high-value litigation. - A strong technical lawyer with a genuine interest in claimant personal injury work. - This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded team handling genuinely complex, high-value work, with scope for candidates at different stages of their career to be considered.
