Restructuring & Special Situations Associate - Mid-Level to Senior Location: Dallas, TX A leading US law firm is looking to add a mid-level to senior Associate to its Restructuring & Special Situations team in Dallas. The team advises debtors, creditors, official committees and acquirers on a range of restructuring matters, including out-of-court workouts, in-court bankruptcy proceedings and bankruptcy-related litigation involving fraudulent transfers and preference claims. The ideal candidate will have: - 3-6 years' experience in commercial bankruptcy and restructuring. - Experience gained within a national law firm. - Strong academic credentials. - Bankruptcy clerkship experience would be advantageous.
