Private Client (Probate) Associate / Senior Associate - Birmingham A full time, permanent role based in any of the firms regional offices. ROLE The distribution of assets and establishing or re-structuring trusts under a will Applications for grants of representation Advice regarding post death variations Estate and succession planning Inheritance tax calculations Inheritance tax and capital gains tax Complex Will drafting Establishment of trusts Trustee powers and duties. ABOUT YOU Essential Previous experience in a similar Private Client role Minimum 2 years PQE+ with experience gained at a large regional or City firm advising high net worth individuals. Experience of running your own files, including financial management. Ideally, you will have completed/be working towards completion of the STEP Diploma.
