In-house Paralegal

Role - In-house Paralegal Reporting to the Head of Legal, and working with the existing company solicitors, as In-house Paralegal you will have involvement in a broad range of commercial, corporate, company secretarial and transactional contracts and projects across the group. The mix of work is varied and you will be working with solicitors who have all trained and worked at top national law firms. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a high-calibre commercial, corporate, banking, projects, or similarly experienced paralegal to make the move in-house into a well regarded in-house legal team. This role comes highly recommended. About you: It is anticipated that the successful applicant will be working at, or have gained experience at, a leading regional, national or international commercial law firm. Applicants for the position of In-house Paralegal must have experience of a commercial legal discipline with commercial, corporate, banking, projects and similar most relevant and preferred. Existing in-house experience is not a prerequisite although it could be advantageous. What's on offer: As well as a competitive salary and package, our client is able and willing to support qualification, either via a traditional training contract or via the SQE*. They have previously committed to training a paralegal and are happy to do so again for the right person. Hybrid working is on offer with c. 3 days in the Manchester office and c.2 days from home the norm. * Support to qualify is conditional on passing probation and settling into the company and role.
