Commercial Solicitor

Role - Commercial Solicitor: The in-house lawyers are involved in a wide variety of work, including commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation, bids and tenders, dispute management, corporate projects, company secretarial matters, property-related issues and general commercial advisory work. The Commercial Solicitor reports into an approachable and well-regarded Head of Legal who is committed to developing junior lawyers, and there is a genuine emphasis on mentoring, learning and professional growth. About you: This is a superb opportunity for a c. 3 years' PQE commercial solicitor to join a large multinational company in a varied in-house legal role. You will be hands-on working with buisness stakeholders across the UK, and you will gain great exposire and legal experience. Applications are encouraged from commercially minded solicitors with general commercial, commercial litigation and/or similar commercial contractual legal experience.
