The team is renowned across the UK for their programmatic and diligent approach to commercial litigation- consequently establishing a solid client base consisting of sports clubs, airlines, construction powerhouses and financial heavyweights. The Role: · Appearing in Court, mediation and arbitration sessions- acting on a range of national and international clients. · Direct opportunity to work alongside a range of clients and sectors- settling disputes ranging in value, complexity, industry and jurisdiction. · Providing top-level legal advice and designing clear, strategic, solutions for conflicts. · Guiding clients from inception through to settlement across different Constriction disputes. · Opportunity to be involved in a broad spectrum of matters ranging from Public and Private Disputes. The Candidate: · 3-6PQE Solicitor- qualified in either England/Wales or Scotland · Previous background within commercial, planning, construction, real estate or infrastructure litigation.
