The Role: · Appearing in Court, mediation and arbitration sessions- to deliver the most effective legal service for long-standing clients involved in an array property disputes. · Providing top-level legal advice and designing clear, strategic, solutions for conflicts. · Guiding clients from inception through to settlement across different property disputes. · Genuine opportunity to be seen as a real expert within the Property Litigation field. The Candidate: · NQ-6PQE Solicitor- qualified in either England/Wales or Scotland · Previous background in litigation is essential- preferably within civil/commercial or dispute resolution. · Previous experience within property, real estate or construction litigations would be advantageous but not essential. · Genuine desire to specialise within property disputes.
