The Role: - Manage and progress a varied planning litigation caseload with support of the wider planning and construction disputes team. - Manage a broad planning disputes caseload that ranges in complexity and value. - Working alongside the lead Partner- a genuine opportunity to work with the best in the industry. The Candidate: - A commercially driven experienced or newly qualified solicitor. - A genuine interest in planning and construction disputes. - A previous background within planning and construction law (transactional or contentious) with a clear drive to peruse planning litigation.
