The Firm & Team: - Tier 1 firm and team - Well established Construction Disputes department - Supportive and collaborative culture - Clear career path and progression The Role: - Provide full service advice and litigation services to clients across the construction industry - Work on the most complex, high value construction disputes in Scotland - Get involved in a wide variety of construction and insurance disputes The Candidate: - 1-6 PQE- Scottish Qualified - Prior Commercial, Construction or Real Estate Litigation experience - Interest and enthusiasm for contentious construction matters - Strong advocacy skill set BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
