The Firm & Team: · Highly regarded Scottish firm- noted as a corporate/commercial boutique. · Excellent quality of work- covering several sectors and specialist industries. · Clear internal career path and a genuine route for progression. The Role: · Comfortable in handling a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, property litigation, insolvency and financial disputes and IP disputes for a dynamic and fast-moving client base. · Opportunity to take a senior role in the dispute resolution team and support on an array of people management responsibilities. · Engage with business development and networking opportunities alongside the wider commercial litigation team.
