However, advocacy responsibilities are handled by a specialised sub-team within the division, allowing the employment team to focus on delivering expert legal guidance and managing a broad spectrum of employment issues. Ideal candidates are 1PQE+ Solicitors who have already gained experience in employment law and demonstrated their ability to advise clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
