Remote - Senior FSDI Associate

Location: Remote Position: Associate or Senior Associate - FSDI (Financial Services Disputes and Investigations) PQE: 5 PQE+ We are seeking an experienced FSDI (Financial Services Disputes and Investigations) Associate/Senior Associate to join a leading, national, team on a fully remote basis, working from anywhere in England or Wales. About the role: In this role, you will handle a diverse, litigated, caseload across financial services dispute resolution- acting on behalf of several, well-known, retail banks. You will be instrumental in managing high-value cases, collaborating with colleagues, and delivering exceptional client service- manage a varied contentious caseload of secured recovery matters for several key financial services clients. About you: The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in financial services litigation and investigations, be comfortable working independently, and possess excellent communication skills.
