The team is looking for Employment Lawyers with 2 to 7 years' PQE to join their Birmingham team. The Role This national team supports leading FTSE and blue-chip clients across the UK and globally on strategic employment matters. You'll be advising on: Complex employment tribunal litigation High-value High Court disputes Restructuring, redundancy, and grievance investigations Executive recruitment/termination, compensation issues, and restrictive covenants Corporate transactions, outsourcing, and global mobility initiatives Reward projects, gender pay, and change management With over 60 employment specialists across the UK, the team provides both national coverage and access to international expertise, offering exposure to international projects and a collaborative working model across all offices.
