Employment Associate | 2+ Years PQE | Birmingham | Hybrid Working Available BCL Legal is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected national law firm to recruit an Employment Associate for its expanding Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier employment division with a strong presence across the public and healthcare sectors. The Role You will work as part of one of the UK's most established employment law teams, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters. The work spans a wide client base including NHS trusts, private healthcare providers, police forces, housing bodies, and local government organisations. - Key responsibilities will include: - General employment advisory work - Employment tribunal litigation - Whistleblowing and discrimination matters - Advice on reorganisation and redundancy - Application of healthcare legislation to employment issues This is a varied and interesting role that offers exposure to complex and often high-profile cases. You will be supported by a team of leading specialists and have access to excellent resources and training. The role is based in Birmingham, with hybrid working arrangements available. The Candidate You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in employment law. You will ideally have experience advising employer-side clients, with a particular interest in the healthcare or public sectors.
