The Role - As an Associate in the Real Estate Litigation team, you will: - Manage your own caseload while receiving close support and supervision from senior members of the team. - Act on a wide range of disputes involving national portfolios, landmark developments, and strategic asset management matters. - Advise a broad range of clients including developers, investors, management companies, landlords, and tenants. - Develop strong client relationships through regular face-to-face contact and involvement in strategic advice. - Support and participate in the team's marketing, client engagement, and business development initiatives. - You'll join a Band 1 ranked team (Chambers and Legal 500), working on some of the most complex and high-profile real estate disputes in the UK, with access to award-winning systems and firm-wide collaboration. The Person We are looking for a solicitor with: - NQ-2 years PQE with demonstrable experience or a genuine interest in real estate litigation. - Strong technical legal skills and excellent academic background. - Exceptional attention to detail, organisational capability, and a commercial mindset. - Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach. - The ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team and contribute to client service delivery. - An understanding of the commercial property market and an entrepreneurial outlook is highly desirable.
