Senior Employment Solicitor | 4+ PQE | National Law Firm | Birmingham / Hybrid Working BCL Legal is delighted to be assisting a nationally recognised law firm in its recruitment for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join its top-tier team based in Birmingham. This opportunity is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with flexible and hybrid working options (typically 2-3 days in the office). The Role As a Senior Employment Solicitor in this growing team, you will: Advise employer clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters Act for clients across a variety of sectors, including health and care (NHS and private), higher education, automotive, manufacturing, and retail Take the lead on Employment Tribunal litigation and advisory matters, with appropriate support Manage and mentor junior lawyers, including delegating work and supporting their development Play an active role in business development and client relationship management Deliver client training and support wider strategic initiatives across the national team This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Employment, Pensions and Immigration team, working with well-established clients and providing commercially focused, solution-oriented advice.
