Employment Associate / Senior Associate | Leading National Firm | Birmingham Hybrid Working Available A respected national law firm is seeking an Employment Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing Employment & Pensions team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality employment law matters within a supportive and well-regarded practice. The Team The Employment Division advises employers across the health and social care sectors, as well as clients in policing, housing, local government and other key areas. The team provides legal advice and training on the full spectrum of employment law issues and is known for its work on complex, sensitive and high-profile cases. The Role As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will handle a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including: General employment advisory matters Employment Tribunal claims EDI and whistleblowing issues Reorganisation and redundancy processes Applying sector-specific legislation to employment scenarios Working closely with internal colleagues and client stakeholders Skills & Experience The firm is seeking candidates who: Have experience in employment litigation Possess strong client-handling and communication skills Work well collaboratively within a team Are self-motivated, commercially minded and organised Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment An Inclusive Employer The firm is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive working environment where everyone can thrive.
