Commercial Disputes Solicitor (1-6 PQE) | National Firm | Birmingham | Hybrid Location: Birmingham Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated Commercial Disputes Solicitor to join a leading national practice in Birmingham. This is an excellent chance for an individual at the 1-6 PQE level to work on a broad range of high-quality commercial disputes, including contractual claims, shareholder disputes, and more complex litigation. What We're Looking For You will have the opportunity to handle high-profile cases across various sectors, including corporate, construction, and technology. The ideal candidate will have: 1-6 years PQE in commercial dispute resolution, with solid experience in handling a variety of commercial litigation matters. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and manage cases independently. Strong technical abilities combined with a proactive approach to business development. A keen interest in working within a collaborative and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of commercial disputes, from initial client contact through to resolution. Advising clients on a broad spectrum of litigation matters. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings and settlement agreements. Working closely with senior colleagues on complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes. Actively contributing to business development efforts and growing client relationships. Why This Role?
