This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join a dynamic, growing team and work with a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors, including commercial, health, higher education, sports, and charities. About the Role Due to continued growth, the firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join their expanding Employment team. In this role, you will be responsible for: Advising clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Delivering high-quality advisory services to both commercial and higher education clients. Leading the firm's client training programme, including seminars, webinars, and legal updates. Supporting business development efforts to retain existing clients and attract new ones. Collaborating with colleagues across the wider Employment, Pensions, and Immigration service line, contributing to a high-performing, cross-office team. The firm's Employment team is known for its commercially-focused advice and for delivering solutions to complex legal issues. The role offers opportunities to work on high-profile matters and develop professionally within a supportive, dynamic environment. About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will need: 4+ years' experience in employment law, ideally gained at a reputable firm or in-house. A broad range of experience in contentious and non-contentious employment law. Strong advocacy skills and the ability to deliver client training and legal updates. A passion for providing outstanding client service and building long-term client relationships. A proactive attitude towards business development and a desire to grow your client base.
