The Role As Legal Director, you'll: Manage a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes across multiple sectors. Work closely with senior leadership and collaborate with colleagues across the national team. Deliver strategic, commercial advice to a diverse client base. Lead business development initiatives and help grow the Birmingham disputes offering. Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team. About You Qualified solicitor with significant experience in commercial dispute resolution. Strong technical background across litigation, arbitration and/or mediation. A proven track record in business development and client relationship management. Experience supervising junior lawyers and supporting team development.
