Housing Management Disputes Solicitor | NQ-3 PQE | Birmingham We are working with a nationally recognised law firm seeking a Housing Management Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of housing litigation matters for a high-quality client base, within one of the largest housing practices in the UK. The Role: Advise social landlords on a wide range of housing management matters. Conduct possession proceedings and injunction applications. Advise on anti-social behaviour matters and related litigation. Handle cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and Mental Capacity Act 2005. Advise on breach of tenancy, succession disputes and service charge issues. Act on social housing fraud matters. Manage access injunctions relating to gas and electrical safety. Work collaboratively within a multi-office team on varied and often sensitive matters. The Team: The Housing Management team is one of the largest and most established in the UK, advising a broad client base including registered providers, local authorities and other housing providers. The team operates nationally and continues to see significant growth, with a strong pipeline of high-quality work. Candidate Requirements: Qualified solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) with experience advising social landlords. Experience in housing management and litigation matters. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships. Strong drafting and analytical skills.
