The Role: Manage your own varied caseload of property litigation matters. Advise on both commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes. Handle boundary and land ownership disputes, trespass and nuisance claims. Act on building contract disputes, professional negligence matters, party wall disputes and environmental issues. Represent clients in civil court proceedings and matters before the Lands Tribunal. Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver a high standard of client service. Work collaboratively with partners and colleagues on more complex disputes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate case management records. Keep up to date with legal developments and best practice within property litigation. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent with experience in property litigation (NQ+). Experience handling a range of commercial and residential property disputes. Excellent client care and relationship management skills. Strong drafting, negotiation and communication abilities. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Commercially aware with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload. A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive approach.
