The property litigation team in London act for high net worth individuals, investors, developers, banks, property funds, foreign investors, administrators, LPA receivers, and trustees advising on the full spectrum of property litigation matters. The successful property litigation associate joining this highly renowned property litigation team will have a broad, complex, and challenging caseload which will include arbitration, injunctions, rights of light, agricultural disputes, dilapidations, obtaining possession, commercial lease renewal, TOLATA and beneficial ownership claims, freehold enfranchisement, party walls, property related insolvency, forfeiture, rent reviews, professional negligence, development issues, rights of way, boundary and covenant issues, trespass, service charge, judicial review, rent arrears, and mediation. This position is ideally suited to property litigation associates between NQ and two years' PQE.
