Property Litigation Solicitor - Managing Associate An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced property litigation solicitor to join a Legal 500 tier 1 ranked property litigation team, at this leading international practice, in the City of London. This property litigation team has earned a reputation as one of London's largest and best specialist teams, with expertise in advising clients both domestically and overseas ranging from high net worth individuals, investment funds, property companies, corporate occupiers, and developers. Due to continued success and as part of a strategic growth plan, the team are now seeking to bolster their offering with the addition of a Managing Associate. The successful candidate joining this property litigation team will regularly participate in court and trial work, including matters in the Court of Appeal. The work undertaking will be broad, to include: - Breach of contract - Commercial, residential, and mixed use schemes - Service charge disputes - Compensation claims - Rights of light claims - Development disputes - Repossessions - Dilapidation claims - Professional negligence - Insolvencies - Possession of land claims - Rent arrears, forfeitures, and lease renewals - Party wall disputes Candidates applying for this position should be able to display: - At least six years' PQE in property litigation with a City or International firm background - A strong academic background - Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen - Strong communication skills - Experience in managing more junior colleagues - Experience in business development and client relationship management On offer is a highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to take a leading role in a highly prestigious law firm, undertaking the highest calibre work available in the London private practice market.
