An award-winning UK law firm with a strong national presence is seeking a senior solicitor to join its highly ranked Housing Management & Property Litigation team. This is a standout opportunity for a talented lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE to join a respected, growing team at the forefront of social housing law.

As a senior solicitor, you will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice on both contentious and non-contentious housing matters, supervising junior team members, and supporting business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad caseload of housing litigation matters including possession, disrepair, anti-social behaviour and injunction claims
- Provide strategic, non-contentious housing management advice and policy guidance to clients
- Support partners on complex or high-value litigation matters
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals
- Engage directly with clients and maintain strong working relationships
- Contribute to client training sessions and participate in BD and marketing initiatives
- Maintain high professional standards and manage competing deadlines with confidence
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years' PQE with demonstrable experience in housing management and property litigation
- Solid case management skills and ability to run files independently
- Experience supervising junior lawyers or paralegals
- Commercially astute with strong client care and communication skills
- Proactive, team-focused and committed to delivering results
- Technically proficient with working knowledge of MS Office and legal case management systems
- A genuine interest in the housing and social care sector
