4th - 5th year ECVC Associate

A leading international law firm is seeking Corporate Associates with 4-5 years of post-JD experience to join its growing practice. The team advises emerging companies and startups across all stages of development, offering comprehensive guidance on business formation, equity financings, and general corporate matters. In this role, you will work on a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and capital markets matters, supporting clients through complex legal and strategic issues. Strong drafting, negotiation abilities, and familiarity with growth-stage company needs are highly valued. Successful candidates will demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance environment. A Juris Doctor and admission to practice in the relevant state are required, along with strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
