A leading commercial law firm is looking to add a Senior Associate to its growing Property Litigation team in Leeds

The Role:
· Property Litigation Senior Associate

· Advising a broad range of public and private sector clients
· Acting for central government bodies, local authorities, registered housing providers, lenders, NHS bodies, universities, developers and management companies
· Handling a full range of contentious property matters
· Representing clients in courts and tribunals up to Court of Appeal level
· Involvement in leading and precedent-setting cases
· Advising on Building Safety Act 2022 issues and residential leasehold management matters
· Exposure to high-profile national and cross-regional work
· Working as part of a collaborative national team across Birmingham, Bristol and Leeds
· Opportunity to play an active role in business development and team growth
The Candidate:
· 5+ years' PQE in property litigation
· Strong technical expertise and relevant contentious property experience
· Confident handling complex litigation and advisory matters
· Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
· Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused
· Comfortable working directly with clients and managing relationships
· Keen to supervise, support and develop junior lawyers
· Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied caseload
· Interested in business development and growing a practice
· Collaborative team player who aligns with the firm's values
