Real Estate Disputes Lawyer (NQ) | Leading International Law Firm | Leeds A leading international law firm is looking to add a Newly Qualified Lawyer to its highly regarded Real Estate Disputes team in Leeds. The Firm: · Top-tier international law firm with a strong UK and global presence · Market-leading Real Estate practice with a Tier 1 ranked disputes team · Advising FTSE 100 companies and major UK and international clients · Acting for institutional investors, developers, landlords and corporate occupiers · One of the largest and strongest Real Estate Disputes teams in the UK · Known for high-profile, complex litigation including Court of Appeal and Supreme Court matters · Strong, collaborative and down-to-earth culture · Clear commitment to training, development and long-term career progression · Values-led firm with a genuine focus on wellbeing, inclusion and agile working The Role: · Newly Qualified Real Estate Disputes Lawyer · Competitive salary and market-leading benefits package · Flexible hybrid working model · Joining a high-performing, growing Real Estate Disputes team in Leeds · Advising on a broad range of commercial property disputes · Working on landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and possession claims · Supporting senior lawyers on high-value, complex litigation for major clients · Early exposure to client-facing work with increasing levels of responsibility · Working closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate division · Involvement in interesting, varied and high-quality disputes work from the outset · Strong support, supervision and mentoring from experienced Partners and Managing Associates The Candidate: · Newly qualified solicitor (or approaching qualification) · Training experience in real estate and/or property litigation · Technically sound with good commercial awareness · Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills · Enthusiastic, resilient and keen to develop as part of a team · Comfortable handling a varied caseload with supervision · Keen to learn, grow and take on responsibility early in their career · A collaborative team player who fits well within a supportive culture This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ to join a Tier 1 Real Estate Disputes team in Leeds, offering exposure to high-quality work, excellent supervision, early responsibility, flexible working and a genuinely supportive firm environment with outstanding long-term prospects.
