A leading international law firm is looking to add a Newly Qualified Lawyer to its highly regarded Real Estate Disputes team in Leeds.

The Role:
· Newly Qualified Real Estate Disputes Lawyer

· Advising on a broad range of commercial property disputes
· Working on landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and possession claims
· Supporting senior lawyers on high-value, complex litigation for major clients
· Early exposure to client-facing work with increasing levels of responsibility
· Working closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate division
· Involvement in interesting, varied and high-quality disputes work from the outset
· Strong support, supervision and mentoring from experienced Partners and Managing Associates
The Candidate:
· Newly qualified solicitor (or approaching qualification)
· Training experience in real estate and/or property litigation
· Technically sound with good commercial awareness
· Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
· Enthusiastic, resilient and keen to develop as part of a team
· Comfortable handling a varied caseload with supervision
· Keen to learn, grow and take on responsibility early in their career
· A collaborative team player who fits well within a supportive culture
