The Opportunity: Due to organic and successful growth, this tier 1 team are looking for an ambitious Senior Associate to join them, acting on both domestic and international disputes for UK and global companies and entrepreneurs, advising on the resolution of complex and high value disputes. Clients are often high profile and span a wide range of sectors, including food & drink, energy & infrastructure, retail & leisure, banking & alternative lending and manufacturing, to name but a few! This role will be challenging, stimulating and rewarding and there are real prospects of progression towards Director and beyond. What you'll be doing: · Working closely with Partners, whilst also leading your own cases across a broad range of commercial litigation matters. · Working in specialist areas as well as general disputes practice, where you will be encouraged to nurture your own specialism in an area that interests you most. · Working on the full range of formal disputes work to include litigation, arbitration, expert determination, adjudication and mediation. · Dealing with advisory work including advising on dispute avoidance and carrying out pre-disputes assessments. The Candidate: The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and experienced Commercial Disputes Resolution solicitor, with at least 5 years' PQE gained within an established practice. Experience across some or all of the firm's key sectors is also essential. Demonstrable experience of supervising junior colleagues will also be favourable. On offer is a market-leading salary from around £70k upwards depending on experience, as well as a highly attractive bonus scheme.
