The Opportunity: You will join a top-ranked team of experienced property litigators that advise large national retailers and major developers and landowners on a wide array of property management and development disputes. The team are also well regarded for its expertise in building safety matters, having acted in landmark disputes related to the Building Safety Act 2022, their work handling dilapidations, restrictive covenants, and insurance disputes. Candidate requirements: · Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE. · Post-qualified experience gained within an established practice. · The role may also suit a general commercial litigator looking to specialise or a transactional lawyer looking to be involved in contentious matters. · The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. · A strong commercial acumen.
