Employment Associate 2-5 PQE - Leeds A leading international firm seeks an ambitious Employment Associate to join their high performing team in Leeds. The Employment team is one of the largest of its kind in the world. With over 100 lawyers in the UK, they have the expertise and resources to deal with matters of any size or complexity. The team act for some of the most sophisticated employers in the world and some of the matters they advise on range from multi-jurisdictional projects to high value litigation in the Employment Tribunals and High Court. You will work directly with Partners and the wider team, managing complex projects, as well as dealing with employment cases across a number of sectors including technology, retail, industrials, financial services and utilities. The Ideal Candidate: · Qualified Solicitor with minimum 2 years' PQE. · Experience gained within a large national or international practice. · Experience of working collaboratively with a national team. · The ability to work independently with appropriate supervision. · The ability to handle the demands of a fast-paced team. · Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. · Willing to participate in business development. The firm offer a competitive starting salary of c. £65k upwards depending on experience.
