Commercial Litigation Associate or Senior Associate - Leeds A highly regarded national firm is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their growing Commercial Litigation team in Leeds. This is an experienced team, with a varied mix of work across both the public and private sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded firm with an excellent reputation nationally. THE OPPORTUNITY The role will involve leading complex commercial disputes, including PFI / Projects / infrastructure disputes, procurement law disputes, IP disputes, competition investigations, and construction disputes. Whilst the role will mainly involve advising public sector clients in healthcare, local government, emergency services and social housing sectors, there is a growing private sector client base. This naturally delivers a strong mix of work and opportunities for development. ABOUT YOU · Qualified Solicitor with demonstrable experience in a commercial disputes practice · Willing to take early responsibility with High Court litigation and all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution · Confident dealing with key clients, external counsel and experts · Able to work independently and co-operatively in a team · A strong commercial acumen · Exceptional drafting skills OTHER INFORMATION · Hybrid working · Competitive salary up to £75,000. · Comprehensive benefits package.
