Charities Solicitor | 5 PQE + | City of London We are working with a reputable national firm, who are looking to recruit a senior associate to join their Charities team. The Firm A top 100 full service national law firm with offices throughout the UK. The firm is known for its collegiate and friendly culture and commitment to work life balance. The Team The team is instructed by a wide variety of charities and not-for profit organisations, as well as educational establishments. They operate as part of the firm's wider corporate and commercial department. The team is particularly well known for its education sector specialism. The team often are instructed on mandates with higher education institutions, academies and independent schools where they assist with their set up, corporate governance, joint ventures, collaborations and mergers as well as fundraising.
