Responsibilities will include advising on the establishment and registration of charities, governance and regulatory compliance, fundraising, commercial agreements, and the management of charitable assets. Skills & Experience: - A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with NQ to 2 years PQE, specifically within the charities or related sector. - A robust understanding of charity law, governance, and the regulatory environment. - Demonstrable experience in handling complex legal issues with a methodical and analytical approach. - Exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and effectively conveying complex legal advice. - A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
