Supervisor - Multi-Track Claims (EL/PL) An experienced EL/PL Supervisor is sought for an exciting opportunity with a Top 200 law firm based in Manchester. As part of the leadership team, you will oversee and supervise the handling of a multi-track caseload of both pre- and post-litigated EL/PL claims, ensuring high standards of legal practice and client care. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of fee earners, ensuring efficient and effective case management. Key Responsibilities: Supervising a team of fee earners working on multi-track EL/PL claims. Managing a complex caseload, including high-value pre- and post-litigated files. Offering guidance and oversight to junior members of the team, ensuring claims are managed efficiently. Liaising with clients and third parties, providing updates and advice on claims progress. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all aspects of case handling. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in EL/PL with a focus on multi-track claims. Strong ability to manage and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to case management. A background in leading teams and handling complex claims files.
