In-House Commercial Paralegal - route to qualification - East Midlands Our client is an East Midlands based service provider and is looking for an enthusiastic Paralegal from either a Commercial Contracts, Commercial Litigation, Corporate M&A or Company Secretarial background to take on a broad in-house paralegal role. A Commercial Property / Real Estate / Construction background will also be considered. This is a rare route to qualification opportunity, where you will be reporting into senior members of the legal team assisting and advising on a range of commercial law matters and company secretarial duties. The business is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, engaging and hard working who is eager to work in-house in a nice business. This opportunity is suitable for someone currently working as a paralegal in a law firm or business, or an LLB/LPC graduate who has gained some experience in the above mentioned areas of law. The key is that you are a self-starter, organised and able to communicate effectively. The business is operating a hybrid office working policy, so it is a pre-requisite that you can commit to working in the East Midlands office 2 days per week, with the rest working from home.
