Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate - Dallas
A well-established national law firm is seeking a mid-level Employment Litigation Associate (3-7 PQE) to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer looking to develop their practice while working closely with experienced partners in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
The successful candidate will have solid experience handling employment litigation matters, including drafting and responding to pleadings, managing all stages of discovery, preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Candidates should be confident managing cases with increasing independence and have experience advising on employment disputes, including discrimination claims and restrictive covenant matters.
Applicants should possess strong academic credentials, excellent written and analytical skills, and the ability to manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced practice. A collaborative approach, commercial mindset, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service are essential.
Requirements:
3-7 years' experience in employment litigation.
Trial and arbitration experience.
Experience handling discrimination and restrictive covenant matters.
Admission to the Texas Bar.
JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
