Real Estate Attorney, Houston An exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Associate to join a leading global law firm and play a key role in its growing Energy & Infrastructure practice. Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 4+ years of experience to advise on sophisticated real estate matters arising from major energy, renewable energy and infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to work on high-value, complex transactions while collaborating with market-leading lawyers and sophisticated clients across multiple practice areas. The Opportunity You will advise on real estate aspects of energy and infrastructure development, acquisitions and financings, including: Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, options, access agreements and other site-control documentation. Managing title, survey and broader real estate due diligence. Identifying and resolving real estate issues impacting project development and financing. Supporting acquisition, disposition, development, joint venture and financing transactions. Working closely with clients, counterparties, title companies, surveyors, consultants and lawyers across practice areas. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: 4+ years of relevant real estate experience. Experience advising on energy, renewable energy or infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Strong experience with title and survey review, site control, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and easements. Experience supporting financing transactions from a real estate perspective. Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical and project-management skills. The ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions and work effectively across teams. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Current admission to the Texas Bar. Compensation & Benefits $310,000 - $390,000 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. Interested in exploring this opportunity?
