RTA Fee Earner A fantastic opportunity for an RTA Fee Earner to join a well established firm of solicitors based in Cheshire. The vacancy is ideal for an RTA Fee Earner/ Solicitor with at least 2 years experience in litigation. Responsibilities include: Managing a caseload of 130-150 Fast RTA litigated and pre-litigated credit hire/Injury Claims Ability to use case management software Drafting Court documents and Witness statements Preparing trial bundles Ensuring cases are run efficiently and court directions are complied with Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in litigation essential Ability to meet strict court deadlines Strong focus on client care and managing members of the public through the court process Strong organisation and time management skills Strong client care skills to assist laypersons navigate the court system Great attention to detail and to spot technical points in Defences and evidence. Able to follow instructions of senior staff and comply with internal deadlines Case management software experience Self motivated and able to work autonomously and part of a team Ability to hit high targets on settlement and litigation Good organisation skills are essential whilst working under pressure Knowledge of RTA/Credit hire is ideal but not essential Benefits: 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
