Commercial Litigation Associate - Real Estate & Construction Focus Location: Austin or Georgetown, TX (In-Office Preferred) Are you a seasoned litigator ready to step into a leadership role and take ownership of high-stakes commercial matters? Our growing litigation practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with strong real estate and construction litigation experience to join our team in either our Austin or Georgetown office. About the Role: We're looking for an attorney who can hit the ground running - someone who doesn't just want to work files, but lead them. This is a key hire aimed at addressing a critical need: balancing our team's current supervising-to-supervised attorney ratio. You'll play a hands-on role in managing complex cases and mentoring junior associates. Our litigation portfolio is real estate-heavy, with matters that include: Landlord-tenant disputes Partition claims Buyer-seller conflicts Partnership disputes involving property development Construction litigation If you have experience in these areas - and particularly if your background reflects both real estate and construction litigation - this role was made for you.
