In-House Commercial Litigator - 1-5 PQE - Birmingham

Our client is searching for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to bolster their highly collaborative and well-structured in-house commercial litigation team. This role is a fantastic development opportunity which will allow you to pursue multi million pound litigation claims yourself (and even conduct some of your own advocacy if you desire), with support from highly experienced litigators that you will be reporting into and learning from. This is an opportunity to escape the red tape and structure of private practice, have autonomy and be involved in growing the business, where the result is the focus, not the chargeable hours! You will be a self-starter and someone who takes real ownership of their work. You must have a commercial, insolvency, banking, or competition litigation background. The package includes the base salary, pension, bonus and genuine work life balance. The business is looking for someone with close links to Birmingham as there is a requirement for 2-3 days per week in the Birmingham office.
