In-house Debt Litigation Lawyer - major UK organisation - Shrewsbury (hybrid) We are working with a household name, major UK organisation in their search for an experienced debt recovery solicitor or legal executive. On the back of the recent Mazur judgement, the business is looking streamline & further professionalise its debt litigation strategy, so are seeking a lawyer with debt litigation expertise to play a lead role in shaping that. In this lead role, you will be responsible for managing a team, as well as horizon scanning & ensuring the organisation stays on the front foot, and well-protected from a debt litigation perspective. The role would be suitable for a lawyer already working on debt litigation matters on a daily basis, who is seeking a more strategic role with a higher level of impact and influence, in a highly supportive in house legal team. Or, you might be a general commercial litigation lawyer, who focuses on debt litigation as part of their day to day and seeking to increase your focus on this area, in a more strategic role. The business is operating a hybrid working policy so some office contact is required in the Shrewsbury office 2-3 days per week.
