Real Estate Litigation Associate: Leeds Experience: NQ-3 years PQE Type: Permanent, full time The Firm This leading full-service law firm has a highly regarded Real Estate Litigation team, acting for a wide range of clients including PLCs, financial institutions, insurers, and public bodies. The team handles the full spectrum of property disputes, including emerging issues under the Building Safety Act 2022. The firm is known for combining high-profile, challenging work with a collaborative and supportive culture. The Opportunity The firm is seeking to recruit an Associate to join its Real Estate Litigation team in Leeds. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across Housing Litigation and Real Estate, advising clients on complex commercial property disputes. The role offers exposure to high-quality work, strong mentoring, and the chance to build technical and commercial skills in a growing practice. Candidate Profile - NQ-3 years PQE in real estate litigation (or closely related dispute resolution experience) - Strong commercial awareness, particularly in property matters - Excellent drafting, legal research, and advocacy skills - Team-oriented, with good judgement and the ability to manage a busy caseload - Committed to delivering exceptional client service Rewards & Benefits - Highly competitive salary reflective of experience - Bonus potential of up to 35% - Sabbatical leave scheme: up to 2 weeks paid after 2 years, 4 weeks after 3 years - Billable target of 1,350 hours (lower than many direct competitors) - Minimum 5% employer pension contribution - 4× salary death in service cover - Private healthcare with BUPA (no excess) - Flexible/hybrid working arrangements Why Apply?
