Employment Lawyer

We are currently searching for an Employment Lawyer to join an established team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected national law firm and be part of a vibrant and forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will join a dedicated and friendly team and will be responsible for providing specialist legal advice to clients on matters such as employment contracts and disputes. They will also be expected to handle a variety of matters including advising on redundancy and disciplinary matters, handling tribunal and court claims, and assisting with business immigration solutions. The successful candidate must have 3+ PQE employment experience (contentious & non-contentious). They must also have a strong understanding of employment law and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Previous experience of working in a national law firm environment is highly desirable.
