The Role As a Property Litigation Solicitor in this Legal 500 tier 1 ranked team, you would: -Have the opportunity to join a highly regarded team that provides advice to a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants and larger organisations in contentious property disputes relating to commercial, residential and agricultural property. - Work on a wide range of matters including: * Adverse Possession claims. * Restrictive covenants. * Advising on private nuisance and trespass. * Advising transactional colleagues on different property issues. - Work alongside other lawyers who have wealth of experience. About You To be successful in your application for this Property Litigation vacancy, you will: - Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or Barrister) with a seat or experience in property litigation. - Have an appetite to work on complex matters. - Have a strong teamwork ethic. - Have an interest in business development.
