Litigation Solicitor | 3+ PQE | Well-Established Firm | Lincoln An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join a long-standing, highly respected regional firm based in Lincoln. The Role This is a broad and varied litigation position offering high-quality work in a supportive, collaborative environment. You'll be handling a diverse caseload of general civil and commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to: · Contract disputes · Property litigation · Contentious probate · Professional negligence · Debt recovery and enforcement You'll be joining a well-established and busy litigation team that prides itself on its pragmatic, client-focused approach and strong reputation across Lincolnshire.
