This is a rare and strategic hire, offering flexibility in both working hours and location, with hybrid working and part-time or full-time options available. The Firm This progressive and sizeable regional firm boasts a strong presence across the Midlands, offering high-quality legal services to both private individuals and businesses. The Role: As Head of Private Client, you will lead a strong and collaborative team, taking ownership of a varied and loyal caseload of private client work while also playing a key role in the strategic direction and development of the department. Key responsibilities include: · Managing a broad caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, tax planning, LPAs, and trusts. · Leading and mentoring a team of experienced lawyers and support staff. · Driving business development and marketing initiatives to further enhance the department's profile. · Collaborating with the firm's leadership team on strategy and growth plans. Candidate Requirements: · A qualified solicitor (or legal executive) with a strong background in private client work. · Previous team leadership experience or a clear aptitude for leading and developing others. · Strong client care and communication skills, with a commercial and proactive approach. · STEP qualification is desirable but not essential.
