Employment Senior Associate | Derby | 4+ PQE | Top Tier Regional firm Are you an experienced employment lawyer looking to step into a senior role with a leading regional firm? This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join a well-regarded, top-tier employment team based in Derby. The Role: You'll be joining a nationally recognised employment team with a strong presence across the Midlands. The role will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, acting for a varied and loyal client base across both respondent and claimant matters, with a particular focus on employer clients. Work will include: · Advising on day-to-day HR issues · Employment Tribunal litigation · Redundancies, TUPE and restructuring · Drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements · Corporate support for transactional work The team is well-established and highly collaborative, offering strong infrastructure and resources, as well as excellent mentoring for lawyers looking to progress to Partnership.
