Commercial Litigation Solicitor | 6+ PQE | Northampton We are currently representing a highly regarded, full-service law firm in Northampton, known for its exceptional reputation in commercial litigation. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a proven track record of managing complex and varied commercial disputes. The Role As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (6+ PQE), you will be working within a well-established team you will be involved in ; · Leading on high-value commercial disputes from inception through to resolution. · Advising clients on risk management and dispute resolution strategies. · Representing clients in courts and tribunals. · Drafting legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements. · Managing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of tailored legal services. · Providing mentoring and guidance to junior lawyers and trainees. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a confident, driven individual who has: · 6+ years PQE in commercial litigation, with a strong background in handling complex disputes. · Excellent experience in drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and litigation documents. · Strong technical knowledge in dispute resolution, including court procedures and tribunal processes. · The ability to manage a varied caseload and work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of client service. · Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. · A proactive and collaborative attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
